About our Client:

Our client, a well-established & prestigious name in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the team in their North County Dublin premises.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will manage the marketing activities of this busy, luxury hotel.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • To assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities
  • To liaise with PR Company regarding marketing campaigns, book advertisements and manage deadlines
  • To maintain, enhance and keep up to date all aspects of the Hotel’s web site
  • To manage the promotion of the business through social media
  • To plan promotions, trade shows and exhibition events, road shows etc. to attract new clients
  • Continually review and improve the hotel’s sales literature, company sales presentations and advertising material & liaise with printers, designers
  • To support incoming enquiries, co-ordinate client meetings and support contract preparation
  • To develop and enhance relationships with new and existing Hotel clients
  • To create new business leads and organise follow up activities in the field of marketing
  • To provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing when required

 

Personal Specifications:

  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, flexible person with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong organisational / time management / multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and outgoing individual who can present ideas and campaigns to Senior Management and clients
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • At least two years’ experience working in a similar role
