Insurance Specialist Responsibilities:

• Talk to our customers, be on their side, clearly understand their insurance needs and find them the best solution

• Make insurance easy for our customers by handling their transaction in a friendly and efficient way so that they feel very positive about their Easytrip experience

• Be part of our growth and success by achieving performance objectives and sales targets

• Learn and build your job knowledge by participating in training and educational opportunities

• Share feedback so that we make our business better every day and give our customers a better experience each time they engage with us

• Work within regulatory guidelines to offer the best experience for our customers

Work Hours & Benefits: 

• 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to extend hours to meet business demands. There will be the option to work from home as appropriate

Insurance Specialist Qualifications/Skills:

• Meeting performance objectives

• Achieving sales goals

• Product knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and to regulatory guidelines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Target driven and focussed

 Education and Experience Requirements:

• Insurance experience an advantage, but not necessary as registration and exams provided for successful internal candidates

• Insurance qualification (CIP, APA) an advantage but not essential at outset as registration and exams provided for successful internal candidates

• Leaving Cert at minimum
